EMDR Psychotherapy
$200 per therapeutic hour (approx 50 min)
EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy developed by Francine Shapiro, PhD, in the late 1980s. It began as a protocol for trauma, particularly for PTSD, and has since expanded into a comprehensive psychotherapy model. EMDR is an eight-phase, three-pronged approach that targets past experiences, addressing their impact on the current situation, and facilitating change in the future.
