Sam Schrager is a psychotherapist in private practice licensed in Massachusetts and New York specialized in working with individuals who have experienced simple and complex trauma at any and all stages of life. Sam is a Certified EMDR Clinician and EMDRIA-Approved Consultant. He continues to work under the guidance of Deany Laliotis and incorporates a more relational approach to addressing attachment trauma. Sam has a background in working for non-profit agencies supporting diverse populations in New York City, Albany NY, and Boston MA. His work with clients experiencing homelessness, as well as clients in outpatient and inpatient clinical programs and in substance use treatment gives him a broad range of skills and perspectives that inform his work. Sam uses a holistic approach to support individuals in reconnecting to their inner capacities to move towards healing mind, body and spirit.
